Dear CPTQ members

First of all, I would like to congratulate Maxime Brien on his remarkable professionalism during his term as CPTQ president for 2018. I would also like to commend the chairman of the board, Louis Lévesque, for all of the work he has done for the Club over the course of the past few years. Mr. Lévesque has been especially outstanding in his ability to rally the troops. He is an exceptionally skilled advocate.

It is an immense pleasure for me to join the ranks of the presidents of the CPTQ. Some of the great figures of our industry have served in this position over the years, and it is a real treat for me to be a part of this select group of individuals.

During the past few years, the members of the Advisory Committee have wanted to gamble on various changes in the Club’s proposed activities. From new locations to new forms, in a nutshell, we have reviewed our position and have been stepping outside of our comfort zone in order to take things to the next level and offer you the best possible events. In most cases, I believe that we can safely say “mission accomplished.” During my term, my goal will be to ensure certain continuity in the changes we have set in motion in recent years. I believe that we are in an excellent position, so now, we must continue developing the different events, while further refining our approach. We hope to continue offering you the best events in the industry.

I am fully confident that I will complete my term successfully, as I am supported by a knowledgeable, experienced committee that will surely distinguish itself over the course of 2019.
